Angel has led several internal investigations related to allegations of bribery in, for example, the pharma and telecommunication industry sectors. His recent experience includes a several cases on banking fraud where he successfully defended the interests of the defrauded parties. His team has been engaged in chasing down and recovery of assets in the context of commercial disputes and cross - border insolvency cases.
