Jurgen van den Heuvel

Jurgen is a senior associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s Cross-Border Asset Recovery and Insolvency and Restructuring teams. He advises and litigates in matters relating to international asset tracing and recovery and civil fraud litigation. His experience extends to – among other things – discovery proceedings, prejudgment and executory attachments, and cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. He is also regularly appointed by the court as bankruptcy trustee, including in fraud-related bankruptcies.

Jurgen is the ICC FraudNet Future member for the Netherlands and a member of INSOLAD. ICC FraudNet is a pre-eminent global network of independent lawyers who specialize in international fraud, asset tracing, and recovery.
