Attorney-at-law Mr. Bernd Klose is an Insolvency Law Specialist and Certified Fraud Examiner. He was the sole German representative of ICC FraudNet, until 2023, and is now an Emeritus member. He was also the publisher of ICC FraudNet World Compendium: Asset Tracing & Recovery, published by Erich-Schmidt Verlag, Berlin. In addition to his regular work Bernd teaches at the School of Governance, Risk & Compliance.
