Luca Cavagnaro deals with commercial and corporate law and advises on ordinary and extraordinary operations.

He has assisted both national and international clients, including listed companies, on matters within the environment and energy, shipping, transport and logistics sectors. Luca advises on matters related to corporate governance and compliance matters, including legislative decree 231/2001, internal investigations, ethics, whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, human rights, HSE etc. He holds positions as chairman and member in the supervisory bodies of various companies and foundations.
