Conall O’Shaughnessy

Conall is a Partner in the Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Investigations Department at Arthur Cox and is also a member of our Data and Information Governance Group. Conall has extensive experience in advising high profile domestic and international clients in a wide range of areas to include European and domestic regulatory investigations, fraud and asset recovery, competition law disputes, “follow-on” claims, enforcement actions, privacy, cyber and data protection, employee data breaches and crisis management. He also has extensive experience of the Irish Commercial Court and has been involved in the management of large scale discovery reviews and document management exercises, often using technology assisted review.
